The Carlinkit Mini SE Pro has completely solved my biggest frustration, dealing with tangled cables just to connect my iPhone to CarPlay. This tiny device, about the size of a flash drive, fits neatly under the dash and doesn’t take up any space in my console. Setup was a breeze, just plug it in, follow a few simple steps, and you're good to go. It connects quickly every time I start the car, and all my CarPlay apps (Maps, Music, Podcasts, etc.) work flawlessly. The wireless experience is smooth and reliable. The carlinkit wireless carplay adapter is so worth it if you don't have built in carplay! Took me about 45 seconds to connect to bluetooth & setup. It works better than attaching a thunderbolt cable to the usb port in your car. I actually think the response time is better too. My 2020 tacoma & I are so thankful. Design is the size of a standard flashdrive. Ease to use. Glad with my purchase. Response time was also great, no lag or delay.

I wanted to test this system of wireless car play since I got a new dashboard camera in my car. It uses WiFi so it will affect your dash cam. Luckily for me, my new dash cam does not need to be connected to the WiFi app in order to record but it does need to be connected if I need to download footage. The product was easy to install. The QR code to installation does not work but it is easy to figured out. I was not able to connected to my Apple play connector in my car because it is located inside the center console, so I plugged it on the rear passenger seat lighter connector with a USB adapter. Works well, however, it does takes one second to skip from song to song and mutes for about half a second while song is playing once in a while. Regardless, it is convenient to use if you’re in/out of your car. Connects quickly but you have to press “connect again” on your screen every time.

Connection is inconsistent, which is obviously frustrating considering what I paid for it! Went back to direct connection, which is 100% reliable. My experience... Not good!

I bought the CarlinKit device after a trip in my 2019 Chevy Impala where I needed to connect my iPhone with a cord in order to get CarPlay functions on my dashboard touchscreen. I figured there must be a better way to do this, so I did some research and found the CarlinKit adapter. I plugged it into one of the USB ports and was able to quickly and easily sync the device to my phone. I now have all my iPhone functions wirelessly displayed on the car's touchscreen, including navigation. I leave the device plugged into a port in the center console and it reliably connects to my phone every time I enter the car. GM should be embarrassed that they do not deliver wireless iPhone connectivity as a standard feature given the popularity of those phones. But with this device, you get that at a relatively low cost.

When this wireless carplay adapter works, it's great. It is quite easy to set up, taking around a minute or so to get going. It also works well with car radios that do not have touchscreens, such as in my 2020 Mazda 3. The reason for rating this three stars however is how I frequently have issues getting my iPhone 15 to connect. A lot of times, it'll connect to the wifi network this creates, but will not connect to Bluetooth so I have to go into my Bluetooth settings and forget the device. This to me defeats the purpose of using Wireless CarPlay, so I've resorted to going back to the wired connection as it comes up the first time every time.

This works well, it allows me to use CarPlay wirelessly. Good connection most of the time. Once connected it is great.

So far so good. When I got this product I set it up and everything worked properly. Its easy to connect, fast and responsive. No issues with the operation. My only gripe would be the physical product build, the stick is very similar to the shape and size of a old fashion "stick of gum". It sticks out about 3 inches from the usb port. I only find this as an issue since the location is inside my cup holder/ wireless phone charger compartment. Its a small rectangular box area and the way the device sticks out makes it vulnerable to being broken and limits other things from sitting in the compartment. I plan to get a usb cord extender at some point to be able to place it out of the way. Just wanna share my experience.

“Plug & Play” out of the box! Excellent piece of kit - worked exactly as described! Recommended. (Purchased after a cheaper version did not work.)

I've used wired CarPlay in my 2019 Chevy Spark for years, but cables were a hassle since I like to keep my iPhone in my pocket. This dongle lets me keep in in my pocket instead of having to remember to fish it out beforehand. Setup is plug-and-play: connect to the USB port, pair once via Bluetooth, and it auto-connects on startup. After the car sits off for a while, it takes about 20-30 seconds to connect - but this must be a Chevy CarPlay issue, as it happens even with wired carplay too. Once connected, it's a stable connection. No cut-outs. The connection has no noticeable lag for maps, music, siri or phone calls. It supports online updates; I applied one via the web interface after following instructions. It's compact, durable, compatible with my Spark's system, and causes minimal phone battery drain. It works well on long trips. For a 2019 Chevy Spark or similar, this adapter is a good way to go wireless! Five stars.

Semplice nell’utilizzo e fa quanto promette facendomi dimenticare del cavo. Veloce e immediato e risponde ai comandi nei tempi standard. Dimensioni praticamente ridottissime avendolo istallato nel porta oggetti della mia Peugeot 3008/2024. Interessante la possibilità che può essere aggiornato il suo firmware on line.
