This was delivered quickly and has nice packaging. To be fair, I have never used a micro needle roller. It has been sitting on my counter for a couple of months now but I am not ready to try it yet. I thought this was a derma roller without needles. I am impressed with the quality and it looks to be well made. As far as how it performs...well please check out other reviews for now and I will update my review when I try it out.

The needles started falling out after 1 use :( they’re almost all loose now. Do not recommend at all

This derma roller is intense! It comes medically packaged, I love the transparent design it has where you can seee through even where the needles come from. I have by now used 0.5 needles and at some point it wasn't making such a difference as it did at first. These size needles 1.5 are really long, I probably should have gone down to 1.0, however with just a light roll without too much pressure, I could see my skin already feeling something from it unlike the shorter one. Which may be great because if it keeps getting used to it, one can start slowly adding more pressure. Easy to clean and store in a nice transparent box! Can only recommend!

I have never used a derma roller but my facial skin was rough and dry. It is something that you need to work up gradually to get used to. I use it then apply my nighttime cream. My skin is starting to look better already. It is easy to use and clean. It comes with a nice case for storage

Excellent. I use dermarollers weekly and like to replace them about every 6 months. I love that you can choose your needle length. Easy to hold and roll; the head is a good size for controlling exactly where you want to use this. I spray with rubbing alcohol after using to keep things sanitary. Good value.

This is my 4th derma roller. I compared this one to the other derma rollers I have used in the past, and my thoughts on this roller are based on my experience. I use it twice a week at night, rolling lightly on my face in one direction only. After each session, I apply a light cream or a very light facial oil to soothe the skin. After every use, I clean the roller by spraying it lightly with isopropyl alcohol to maintain hygiene. The needles have remained intact and sturdy even after over a month of use, which is a positive sign of durability. However, although the roller rolls smoothly, it squeaks during use, which can be slightly annoying. Applying a drop of facial oil to the roller’s connection points helped lessen the squeaking.
