The video quality is super clear, and I like that it records front and back. The blind spot alerts are actually helpful and not overly annoying like I thought they might be. Everything feels sturdy and built to last. Install took a little patience, especially hiding the wires, but it wasn’t too bad. The app works fine, but it’s not the most user-friendly just takes a bit to figure out. Overall, this makes riding feel safer and gives some peace of mind in case anything happens on the road. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a camera system for your motorcycle.

This is the second unit I've had to order because there's clearly something wrong with it. After speaking with INNOVV, I was informed that the issue I’m experiencing is a known problem, and I'm not the only one facing it. The system was installed on my bike by certified BMW technicians. I paid $100 for the initial install and removal of the first unit, and another $60 to install the replacement — only to find out that this one is also faulty and doesn’t work properly. To clarify: the blind spot detection system does work. However, the camera system does not. All wiring has been correctly installed and verified by professionals — the problem lies with the unit itself. Or rather, both units. Given that this is a Chinese company, the customer service has been predictably poor, and the product quality reflects that as well. I won’t be removing the system again and paying out of pocket for more labor. I’ll continue using the blind spot detection feature, but I’ll be purchasing a separate camera system from a company that actually delivers reliable products — which is the least I should expect for over $400.

I bought this camera after searching for a reliable one for some time. High quality components and small packaging make installation easy on just about any motorcycle. I love that there is no screen to mount. Your phone gives you easy access to the system. Auto start record with engine start means you never forget to turn it on. Videos recorded at night are impressive and traffic light color comes alive. The recorded videos on my car's dashcam couldn't pick up the right color at night but no such problem with the INNOVV RC6. I liked it so much, I bought one for my daughter's motorcycle too.

Installation video looks like a 2-hour project. I am in my 16th hour and still no picture. Instruction manual is vague. Customer service is by email only and is inept. Requires a micro-SD card with a speed rating greater than U3 which I could not locate and is not included. If the system would work, it is a great add-on with the blind spot indicators. It is pricy and has a phone app that is required to see the cameras, but the app only has a 1.2-star rating. I have repacked it for return but may do an exchange to see if this unit is defective.

Product has an overheating problem. After sales support was not able to help solve the problem.
