I recently tried the Yogabar Power Up 20g Protein Bar (Choco Peanut Butter), and it has quickly become my go-to snack for post-workout recovery and mid-day cravings. What I Loved: ✔ High Protein Content – With 20g of protein per bar, it’s perfect for muscle recovery and staying full longer. ✔ No Added Sugar – A big plus for anyone watching their sugar intake! Despite this, the taste is still great. ✔ Delicious Flavor – The choco peanut butter combination is rich and satisfying, not too sweet, and has a nice chewy texture. ✔ Clean Ingredients – Made with whey protein concentrate, isolate, peanuts, and soy, it feels like a healthier choice compared to many other protein bars. ✔ Least Net Carbs – Ideal for those on a low-carb diet or anyone looking for a guilt-free snack. Minor Cons: • The texture is slightly dense, so having it with a drink (like coffee or a protein shake) makes it even better. • Might not be ideal if you prefer crunchy bars, as this one leans more towards the chewy side. Overall, a fantastic protein bar that balances taste, nutrition, and quality ingredients. Definitely worth trying if you’re into fitness, need a quick meal replacement, or just want a healthy snack!

If you’re a fan of the Mini bar and want a larger version, this bar is a great option. It’s quite filling and has a great taste, without any added sugar. It’s also surprisingly high in protein, with 20 grams in just 70 grams. As expected from Yoga bar, it’s of great quality. However, it’s a bit too heavy to eat in one sitting. It might be better suited as a quick and easy meal on the go! At 250 Rs to 300 Rs for 24 Pcs, it’s quite reasonably priced, and dare I say, value for money too!

This tastes fine. But company must clarify the sugar content in these bars. Somewhere it's written 22g, somewhere 2g. Just doesn't add up. For now I am not considering it, until false data in the package is not rectified. Just because you claim to not add sugar, doesn't mean we will eat 22g of so called naturally occurring sugar every time.

Yoga Bar Power Up isn't a good product if you're looking for something clean or easy on the gut. The label's too long, too busy, and full of cheap stuff. It has hydrogenated veg oil, which is a low-grade fat that can mess with digestion and trigger gas. There are added fibers, sugar syrups, and fillers that didn't suit me at all. Plus, the protein blend isn't great.

Loved this one. I eat these whenever I'm hungry guilt-free. Totally value for money. Reduces hunger level and has good fibre content
