Works really well and great value
Red wine heater is excellent at warming up wine. After placing in boiling water to reactivate ( about 8mins) works perfectly (10 times so far). Haven’t used the chiller but all looks good. Highly recommend and excellent value.

Excellent but beware of overheating (the warmer, not the wine)
Great value for money, much cheaper and easier than the electronic wine warmers. These work really well and warm or cool your wine quickly and easily. BEWARE of boiling the Therm au Rouge for longer than the specified time though. We accidentally overboiled ours (for about half an hour instead of 10 minutes - yes I know, stupid) and the insides crystallised completely, making the Therm au Rouge useless and there was no saving it. About to buy another one! So if you actually follow the instructions (set your cooker timer) this is a very good product.

The chiller is standard and I have several of those. Have been looking for a warmer for years and thought this might be the ticket!! Wrong. The package arrived in a condition that made me believe perhaps it had been used and returned. The warmer was rock solid white crystals and not possible to put on a bottle. I read the instructions and boiled it and turned back to a gel. I tried it out a week later and it did nothing. I am a little disappointed and waiting to hear back from the seller as my return window to Amazon has closed.

Both work great. Bit of a pain having to boil the warmer after each use.
