Nice item for the price
Just what I was looking for. Quality design and materials. Helps me get that perfect degree of an angle I need on various blades.

Eh
These were alright. I should've returned them though because I ended up just trying and learning to do without. Idk if it just wasn't for me, but I didn't love them. Didn't really hate them either I guess.

Well Made
Very Well Made items. A few issues, at least for me. Instead of angles on each wedge, there are numbers. They have provided a chart and a scale for whether your knife fits or not. But, only for kitchen knives and not thicker bladed hunting knifes and labeled as such. The guide is set at 4mm or 5/32nds. The guides are made for regular contoured knife spines, no large curves. The enclosed chart, make a copy and dont lose for you will be lost. You need to choose an appropriate angle guides based upon the knifes blade width. I bought these believing I was getting basic angle guides, a simple choice of select your angle and sharpen. As of yet, I've not put these to a test, limited time. But, I will give it a go and make another assessment. I have no problem with having a chart. Column A has a list of Blade Widths from 25 deg to 50 degrees. Next, the are 16 columns with angles going from 15 degrees to 28 degrees. So, you look at Column A for your blade width and then move over to your desired angle. The intersection between blade width desired angle will give you the numbered guide you need to use. Good Luck. I'll update once I've put these to use.

Way too small, they don't work
Absolute junk. Worthless! Don't waste your money.

Very thin knife slot
They work. SUPER snug fit on any knife tho. Especially if it’s thicker than a standard fruit knife.

Good buy!
These work great but, they are for kitchen knives or other knives that are over 25-30 mm wide. Otherwise, they will secure the knife safely and get the same angle you want on both sides.

Probably not for beginners, but a nice enough option for different angles
If you're new to sharpening, the key is really keeping consistency of angle. These are designed to help with that. That said, these optimistically instruct that the "knife edge should be parelle to the scale (sic)" which is necessary to keep from having to remove too much material to make the angle consistent across the entire length of a curved blade. There are also a LOT of angle options, but there are whole sets of opinions about what angles are best for which situation and which steels...and the odds are you aren't going to be reprofiling with these to get a different angle. In the end, the idea is solid, the implementation is decent enough to work, but if you don't already have a good idea about sharpening theory (e.g. The Razor Edge Book of Sharpening), it may end up being a bit overwhelming for someone newer to sharpening.
