This grout cleaner is a miracle! Just spray on grout wait 2-5 minutes and scrub with a grout brush. The grout looks incredible. The scent of the cleaner isn’t harsh. Cleaned 2 bathrooms in about one hour. Highly recommend.

I have looked for 4 years for a product that would work on our grout. Nothing did. This product is absolutely amazing. I should also note that the product continues to work after you wipe it off. I've been on my hands and knees working for the past two days. This does not require a lot of elbow grease either, which is good since I have arthritis!

Does a decent job. Definitely notice a difference but it does not clean the grout completely. Still searching for something but this was an improvement over others for sure.

This stuff works great on my tile grout, even the dirtiest areas in the kitchen. We're getting ready to sell our house and clean grout looks so much better, so I'm down on my knees, scrubbing away with this miracle spray. Seriously, it doesn't take much effort when you combine this product with a good-quality scrubbing tool made for this purpose. Our grout looks like new now - literally. I'm not done with the rest of the house though; gotta get back to it!

Zep products are fantastic. They never disappoint. I used it in a shower whith good ventilation and didn't get sick. It got most the mildew off with some agitation by a wire brush. Definitely will restock this one!

This is a miracle grout cleaner. This tile is in our campground store. I’ve been here 5 years and it’s never had the grout cleaned. I actually thought it was black grout. After cleaning we realized it’s brown. Years and years of ground in dirt in a commercial setting released!!

Terrible, awful, useless. It did absolutely nothing to clean grout on my floor, not just in high traffic areas, but in all areas. Waste of money. I am going to try and return it. Generally speaking, and I have tried several Zep products over the years for different applications. Honestly I would have to say, ZEP is the most ineffective line of products, of all the brands out there. Thought I would give it one more go, but no, just another letdown.

Great cleaner if hard stains on white grout. Easy to use and a good value for the money. The skirt bottle does not leak when tipped over. Appearance is subdued
