If you really have a heart to manage money based on biblical principles this book is for you! Mr. LaPierre provides practical advice that you may not otherwise consider due to the stress of life. The newlyweds who do not consider going into their marriage in the hole due to overspending on a wedding for instance. The young adult that is still under their parents' roof...... God could be using your parents NO as a guardrail for your future. Mr. LaPierre supports his family on a single salary yet remains debt free. If you want to know the biblical applications he is using to live a life of debt freedom, get the book. I will be using this book as a go to guide indefinitely. I also encourage you to get the workbook so that you can go deeper into your relationship with God and your use of money. Buy the book!! You won't regret it!!

For years now I have followed Dave Ramsey, read his books, articles, blogs, and watched his YouTube videos. I even have his Everydollar app. But, I still have debt! Over and over I have come close to being debt free, only to aquire debt again. I haven't changed anything even with a budget and a plan! I have paid off all my debt twice in 6 years and 1 year go I was within two months of being debt free. Today my debt is the highest it has ever been in my life! I decided I needed something new, a different approach or even maybe try a different author. I'm so happy I did!In his book, Scott teaches the Word and what it says about our finances! He translates it so we can see how it's applicable to our lives. He teaches us about stewardship, covouteness, finances, money, and how God considers our heart in regards to it. All of his revelations are backed by scripture.He includes how to set up a budget, save for retirement, prepare for the future and invest.I have never felt peace when it comes to my finances. After reading this book I'm so encouraged, but best of all I finally feel peace! It's because of this book and how it teaches us to consider God's Will for our finances and to use our Bible for guidance. I really wish I could thank the author in person!

If there is one thing i have learned reading this book is that i have a long way to go in order to have my finances God's Way. As with all of Scott's books, he uses them to make us think about what our own abilities are. This book will help you with that.This book will help you to "be doers of the word and not just hearers (readers) only" as long as we are to obey God and be a good steward of what he has given us.One thing i did notice is how we can see the love of money in other people, but it is so hard to see it in ourselves. We are told in Hebrew 13:5 "to be content with what you have."Wisdom is the opposite of foolishness. This book gives you the help you need to become wise and not foolish.This book will show you what to do and what not to do with our wealth the way that God desires. It is a lifelong process.So if you are thinking of having your Finances God's Way then this book is the best one to buy as he backs up everything with scripture from the Bible.

Before reading these exciting book, I have read around 10+ books about personal finances with parts of the Bible, with this said, what I most I admire from Scott’s book is how deeply he goes through the GIVING area of our lives, at least, in my case, This was the topic that more confronted and transformed me through these book, that I 100% recommend.

I appreciate a book that gives readers insight into topics we may at some point struggle with. Finances have always been an issue between my husband and I. I didn’t realize that at some point I was buying things I didn’t need because it was a type of therapy for me. What a trap the enemy had set for me.This book guides us with Biblical principles how to mange our finances. We are to be faithful in tithing but also wise in our everyday spending. There is a scripture that many misquote which says clearly in the Bible, “ the love of money is the root of all evil.” Some say money is the root of all evil, when it is Love of money that is evil. As I read through this book I saw how the author uses Godly wisdom and illustrates different ways to manage our finances better. The workbook that goes with the book is very useful and a great tool.I received a copy of this book from Celebrate Lit. The review is my own opinion.

Every wonder what God's Word has to say about money? This book has all the info you need to begin your journey of being a good steward of God's blessings. Easy to read and understand, Scott does a phenomenal job of helping believers obey God in this area. Highly recommend!

This book and workbook are filled with bible verses on giving, saving, investing, retiring, and much more. From Galatians 6:7 we are taught you reap what you sow and that makes this personal finance book a great investment.Having read other books by Scott LaPierre, I have gained an appreciation for his straightforward style that utilizes Biblical truths.
