The Comfier fits perfectly on to my chair and has a super-soft feel and a great amount of padding. Literally made my own home - PC gaming chair, feel 100 times more comfortable. The functions are easy to use and plenty. I liked the higher intensity on all of them - but the "tapping" mode was one of my favourites, the other being the full neck, upper & Lower back and seat modes and just recline the chair back. After 10 mins the sensation of it stopping is when you fully notice just how good this bit of kit is. I found myself stretching while sitting and this added a nice pressure to certain areas. Particularly the neck and lower back. Moving my head to allow the neck massager to hit the correct spot relieving the pain. Stretching my back on to it allowed the massager to achieve the correct amount of pressure to my lower back. This - is a really nice massager. The heat functions are very nice with heatable areas in the seat and back, which i'm looking forward to in the cooler months. This is perfect for office based situations and home use. All in all this is a great piece of kit especially if you have neck or back problems i found it relieved the pain & was a very relaxing experience, i would not want to be without this it really has done wonders for my lower back pain, i have bought other Comfier products & i am always 100% happy with my purchases, great company, great products.

Absolutely brilliant, with the various different massage settings it as good as a masseuse session, and can't recommend it enough, as simple to use,portable and excellent value for money with the option of and extra guarantee that's free!! I suffer with shoulder and back pain due to having had very serious sepsis two year's ago so this helps so much,and it's relaxing-I haven't tried the heat on it yet,due to summer, but it's gonna be used in the winter. Simply can't praise it enough, and no,I'm not an employee!! Get one

Only had the product a few days and I've put it in the car. The motors for the massage are strong enough to leave you numb (when dialed up to max, less aggressive settings are available) and the heated components reach a good temperature. Motor placement seems good but the neck motors don't really reach my neck thanks to the contour of the car seat. There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. The pocket that holds the remote has some velcro to close it and secure the remote in the pocket however this can't be opened one handed. As it's on the right hand side in the car, you'd need to take both hands off the wheel to retrieve the remote if you were driving. I'll be removing the velcro from mine. Obviously, this is not a problem if you use this in the home. The other is the remote. It offers excellent control but if you want to turn on the heated seat, back and three of the motor clusters on full time, it's six button presses. It'd be nice to have an "everything on full" button. It also doesn't remember the setting from the last time it was switched on. These are minor quibbles and more suggestions for improvements. The product seems well made, is comfortable and works well. As for durability, mine came with a two year warranty which leaves me hopeful but only time will tell.

I have chronic back, shoulder & pelvic pain + Fibromyalgia. This seat definitely helps me manage my pain. My daughter also has some back, neck & shoulder pain, she too found it comforting. The programmes are great, with different sensations. For me though, high heat for seat + back, high vibration on seat, lower back & upper back is perfect! It's set on my orthopaedic gel & foam cushion, on the chaise. I've had it under 48hrs but love it! I should add that the fabric is gorgeous, soft & plush. I am yet to try it in a car. My car has heated seats but no vibration so I may test it, but using it in my Mum's car - no heated seats - will be a blessing! A 2yr FREE warantee is a welcome a bonus!

My original review for this massage seat was a good one but within the first year, one of the massagers inside the chair came loose and fell from its position. As the product had a one-year warranty, I wrote to Comfier asking what they could do. This was their reply: 'Because of the warranty and refund policy, over 91 days to 1 year (Already Checked and Comfirmed), we can't send a placement for free to customer. But, if you are willing to share the experience of our customer service to other customers, we are glad to send you a replacement for free after receiving your sharing screenshot.' Firstly, as it was within the first year, I’m not clear why it being over 91 days would be an issue. Secondly, they seemed to be trying to get me to write a positive review about them in order to access my warranty rights – which I found highly inappropriate. When sending them a screenshot of the positive review I'd already written, they agreed to send a replacement massager. Within just a few months of receiving the new massager, the same problem occurred: one of the massagers fell down from its position. I managed to get someone to sew it into place form the back (see image) but then another one came loose. Again, I contacted Comfier but they now had no interest in helping me. So, within less than two years, two of these Comfier massage seats had failed one me and the company demonstrated extremely poor and inappropriate customer service. They also advertise a two-year warranty (see image) but don't make immediately clear you have to fulfil certain criteria to benefit from this. Overall, I've had a bad experience with Comfier. I consider their products to be inferior quality and wouldn't purchase from them again.

Definitely helps. Not alot of massage for the neck area.

It is nice and definately has a strong vibration. It is quite loud however so that is disruptive with it buzzing in your ears. Otherwise the cushion is comfortable, and the heat is nice.

It was almost exactly what I was looking for, i.e., a heating pad with shiatsu massage motors. i didn't realize that the elements in this pad vibrate rather than roll. It IS comforting and it does help my sore muscles in the back and, depending how I lie on it, my neck as well. i like the control pad and various options for intensity, choosing areas on the body and whether or not to add heat. It stops after 15 mins., which I guess prevents overheating, but I wish you could choose when to shut it off. Overall, it's well-made, offers relaxing vibration and warmth. Next time, I would pick the actual shiatsu sort of pad, since they are so relaxing, they're almost hypnotic!

Llegó en la fecha programada, y está muy bien para el precio, me encantó. tiene 3 velocidades, pero en personal yo empezaría con la más baja, y es importante decirles, que aun siendo la más baja se siente como si fuera la más alta... Así que ojo no le den a toda la velocidad porque puede dañarles la columna tienen que empezar de poco a poco. Tiene diferentes niveles y diferentes áreas para hacer masaje, pero ojo el masaje que da es VIBRATORIO, no OSCILATORIO así que si buscas algo que te dé un masaje como si fuera un rodillo este no es el aparato que tú necesitas, este solamente te da calor y te da como ligeros golpecitos con vibración en las áreas que tú elijas, pero para un día de cansancio y estrés la verdad es el indicado lo puedes usar en un sillón como también lo puedes usar en una cama pero te aconsejo que si lo haces en una cama uses un cojín muy delgado o una almohada muy delgada para poner debajo para que pueda sentir el masaje en la nuca.

It worked right off the box, the back and seat get warm and it's strong for the price. Limited choices but good for what I paid, would recommend
