These are my favorite tampons. I have a heavy period ever since I had my daughter, 8 years ago, and I have to wear one of these and a pad for the first 2-3 days each month. I have to make sure I change it out every 2 hours or I leak. These make me feel secure and I am able to be worry free for a few hours. They go in easily and come out easily too. I like to plastic applicator as opposed to the cardboard, this is not the 1960's anymore. I do buy this box once every few months to keep stocked.
