Nice. But misleading description
Amazing headphones. Had to gif them to my fiance though. It said it's for Xbox as well but it's not really. So sort useless for Xbox. It's for PC or PlayStation. Sound is amazing, feels amazing n your head and well made. The two chargers that come with it are great to have one on standby always charged. Nice packaging. It's worth the money.

Fantastic Gaming Headset – Highly Recommended!
I absolutely love this gaming headset! This is my second pair, and it continues to impress me. One of the best features is the ability to charge one battery while using the other, ensuring you’re never stuck without power. It’s incredibly easy to set up and use, and it works flawlessly. The sound quality is excellent, making it perfect for gaming or any other use. Highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for great performance and convenience!

Needs improved battery life.
The battery life is correct for both batteries combined (20 hours). My Arctis 7 was 48 hours 1 battery at 5 years old.

Hide from cats
Sounds is great and headset is great quality. Not tech savvy so took a few minutes to get it to work right. Only complaint is the mic super sensitive to sound around you if your cat steals the mic cover.

Not good for Xbox
My fault. This is compatible with PC and PlayStation. Not Xbox.

Stay away from Steelseries.
I've been a Steelseries customer since 2020. I started with the Artcis 9 wireless headsets, which I loved. Comfort was there, sound quality was there, loved the chatmix sliders and overall feel of the headphones. Then, they suddenly wouldn't hold a charge and wouldn't connect to the receiver - no biggie, I got 4/5 years out of them. I picked the Arctis Nova Pros originally, which I ended up returning. I then tried these, since they are exactly the same headset style as the 9s. I was hopeful, but alas, I will be returning these as well. Pros: - Comfort: extremely comfortable for people with a larger ear/head - Customization: EQ and chatmix are great Cons: - Constant, loud hissing/white noise sound in the background. According to Steelseries support, this is normal for wireless headphones... it is not. My Arctis 9 did not have this issue, my friends with wireless headsets do not have this issue, and my new Logitech headphones do not have this issue. It is unacceptable for a 300 dollar headset to have an issue that you are just "supposed to deal with". - Steelseries support: the most unhelpful, non-customer centered Support I have ever encountered. It's impossible to get in touch with them and if you do, it is all pre-written scripted "Have you tried unplugging and plugging it back in" nonsense. I had issues with my Arctis 9 a few times that I ended up resolving myself after support was no help. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal, but now with all I have gone through with Steelseries and their headsets, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with how their customer support services are run. I loved my Arctis 9s but they are not even sold anymore - completely taken off the website for god knows why. The Arctis Nova Pros are small and uncomfortable, and the chatmix did not work. The Arctis Pro Wireless whitenoise issue is insufferable. I really, really wanted to love these and continue using Steelseries, but let this be a warning: if you experience an issue with your headset, expect no help. You are better off looking elsewhere for a headset.
