As someone who bakes a lot it was never a thought in my mind to try clarified butter. Now that I have tried it, I can't seem to bring myself to go back to baking without it! I opted for the 32 ounce jar and I'm so glad that I did. I love the fact that it's organic ,and also the ghee is already to start using without waiting for it to get soft. It taste great, but I'm not sure if it's a good value for the money since I've never tried it before. I'm going to use this jar until it's empty but the only drawback that I saw is that it came in a plastic jar. That was my only issue but still not enough to remove a star.

Gee, this is not only tasty, but it's as healthy as cooking gets! Ghee is even better that the best, tallow and lard for cooking. I do OMAD and even go 2 and 3 days without eating. Fat is the key to curb your ghrelin from yelling, so I've been known to take a spoonful of this ghee to shut up my ghrelin. It works perfectly while keeping my glucose very low and at the same time it pushes up my ketone level!

Update: 1 to 5 Stars I corresponded with the company and they actually sent me a box of 4 replacement products. I have not checked if it still has the same issue but it is obvious they back their products . That means quite a lot. This used to be the best Ghee I ever used. Unfortunately, 4th & Heart is now pumping extra AIR into the mix before bottling. After it melts to room temp, there is somewhere between 75% to 80% left by volumn. In all the years I have used this once fine product, I never got that much loss. It is now a DO NOT BUY
