Cute Pet Bandage

Our German Shepherd had foot surgery and needed to have the incision and stitches covered as well as kept dry. These bandages worked very well as they adhered to the gauze pad and gauze wrapping. Very highly recommended.

purchased these for an ouchy on my dogs leg. it stayed in place and allowed the cut to heal and remain clean.

These worked perfectly for my dogs foot where she had something that she kept biting at until she made it raw. I changed the bandage daily until it went away.

It works

If I was covering a larger part of my dog's leg these cute bandages would have worked out, but my dog has OCD (yes, crazy enough) and will not leave a small wound alone. She licks it all the time if not stopped which means it can get larger quickly if she focuses on it. Our vet dealt with the wound and stitches a long time ago, but that's when the OCD part starts. It totally healed, looked good, skin was smooth, but she could not be distracted from it. We tried wrapping this cohesive bandage around her lower leg, but the wrap would come loose too easily. I now put it on and squeeze around it with my hand. Now it sticks better, so I will finish my four pack. I bought some human medical cohesive tape and it sticks to itself much better than the Hosukko does. However if I was wrapping multiple layers I bet the Hosukko would stick much better. My needs were just to keep my dog's tongue off of her skin rather than securing a larger wound.

After our dog had surgery, we needed to replace his bandage several times and these were perfect. They are wrapped individually and then packaged together in a sturdy zip bag. We really liked the amount of adhesion with these. They don’t feel very sticky, but it clings well to itself. It also didn’t stick too much in his fur, which was nice when changing that it didn’t cling and pull sensitive skin. It didn’t come loose or peel away and stayed secure for 2-3 days with no issues.
