Great leverless for the money!
I bought this to upgrade a homemade leverless I was using. The main problem with the homemade one was that the buttons had a lot of action, so my hands hurt after prolonged use. Thankfully, the buttons on this one are high quality, lower action, and relatively sensitive. They're not quite as sensitive as sanwa buttons, which I find too sensitive, however. The extra buttons are great for Street Fighter 6, which is what I primarily use this for. My one complaint, is that in the original configuration, one of the button caps kept getting stuck, however, it was easy to open the leverless up and switching the position of that button cap with another fixed the problem. It's possible that button cap was mistakenly put in the wrong place as it hasn't jammed at all since, though I'm not sure that position should matter since all buttons should be the same size. Definitely not a bad purchase compared to the much more expensive junk food controllers, though those are smaller and have buttons with even lower--virtually flat--action.

Haute42 T16 leverless controller
I just wanted to say that I'm new to leverless controller and wanted to try one out for fighting games while on a budget. This item had I believe something like 15-20% discount which seemed like a bargain to me. Controller came and my initial thoughts were maybe my hands are not as big for it and the s16 or m16 version would be better... but I kept trying it on training mode for a few days before I actually went online for rank/casuals play. There is a learning curve and I'm still on that curve but compared to my thoughts the first day I got it...(regret etc) now is a day and night difference after about 1 week of daily use. In fact I went back to the PS4 controller and I gotta say I'm perhaps at the same level as the controller already if not even higher... so there goes that for leverless. Built quality seems sturdy I like the buttons how they feel and everything so far I'm more than satisfied with my purchase. Durability, time will tell. I am taking good care of it and keep it safe and in an rugged plastic envelope when not in use. For lap use is perfect size which is what I needed that's why I went with the T16 version and not the smaller 16's. So keep that in mind if you are on the verge, this particular controller seems more for bigger hands as the buttons seemed to be spread out more than the smaller size verions... but I'm confortable with it. There goes my review and opinion which I almost never do, but took me a good number of days undecided with which to go and $$$ etc, I say you cant go wrong with this and at this price point is cheaper than building your own even if is on a cardboard box. Great Product
I've been playing fighting games for well over twenty years and was always on the fence when it came to leverless arcade controllers. I decided to pull the trigger and was absolutely satisfied by this product. If you ever played on a PC keyboard before, it's essentially the same thing except with bigger buttons. I always had problems with dash cancelling in Street Fighter or instant while running moves in Tekken using a joystick. This eliminates the problem for me entirely as I know I pushed the direction button twice for a dash or I pressed the direction twice then held it down the third for a while running. If you too had problems like this, you should consider giving this product a try. But before that, I strongly suggest using a PC keyboard first and seeing how you like the input. Map the directions for left, down and right to ASD and up to SPACEBAR. Punches and Kicks to other keys of your choosing. If it feels comfortable and/or accurate enough then this product is right up your alley. Been fun to use with games like Street Fighter VI and Tekken 8. And if using your thumb to jump or go up isn't your forte, the controller comes with extra buttons that can be used as well. Easy to mod as well if that's your thing. 10/10

Lovely controller
Works as intended. Easy to update/set up. Nice to the touch. 4 stars because the USB cable was dented, I had to get another one.

Perfect deal whether your a Pro or Casual
I love fighting games and have been playing on fight sticks for some time, this was the first leverless controller I've purchased and I could not be any happier. I've been using it for a week and love it! The reason I never got into leverless controllers until now was the price points as things like the Hitbox have been around for a while but always $200+, and with this being less than $90 is a STEAL for those wanting to learn leverless and become godlike with charge characters. The only concern, which I did not tack off any points as I knew going into it was that this is not initially usable with PS5 and would need a converter to use, meaning if you're looking for a tournament-usable stick this has some red tape you'd need to go through. Besides that in terms of button quality and feel, this thing is awesome and the OLED screen is an awesome bonus to help understand your button mapping and which setting you are on. If you want to give Leverless a try, don't hesitate on buying this one!

Think of it like an open source hitbox
After all, hitbox just basically sells keyboards with a bunch less keys and a pretty case! All of the different ways you can customize the haute42 mappings using the web tool are endless, literally any button can be any any other button or even a macro with ms delays built in. Works very well. No more dropped inputs and I can standing 360 with Gief with ease! Easily customizable with stickers or paint pens and some fixative. A must have for significantly cheaper than a hit box! The only gripe I have with leverless controllers in general is there aren’t degrees of an input like there are either analog sticks…. This config is actually able to handle a button for a preset degree of input though with a bit of setup!! I’ve used cheaper and I’ve used more expensive and this is top tier!
