Potent product works great - 1/2 pill will do the trick.
This is a great sleep aid. 1/2 of a pill (splits easily) is enough to put me to sleep all night long. I highly recommend it.

I can honestly say that I have tried different types of sleeping aids but outside from prescribed rx this is by the far the best otc sleeping aid ever! Best find! I tried one yesterday after the purchase and it knock me out and I was able to sleep the whole night But if you over sleep it may cause minor side-effects. I took it around 10:30 pm and I was up at 7 AM well rested but dozed off again for another hour but overall it was a great sleep Thank YOU!

Effective sleep aid

Amazing
Lifesaver! Ive tried numerous products to help one sleep but this is the only who has proven to be very effective! Been using it for two years already and as an insomniac this one is amazing!

Sleep like a baby.
KNOCK OUT!!!!! I've been experiencing menopausal symptoms that keep me up at night. I tried this product and now I sleep very peacefully. Thankful to have some relief.
