Great bang for your buck
These are great vitamins, especially for the price! They kind of smell like yogurt, which is odd but nice. I don't think I've noticed a huge effect on my sleep quality but I do feel better and feel more energetic when I take them regularly.

you get a lot for your money, has break line if needed to fit your diet
unless there's multiple people or you're actively taking them every single day you may hit the expiration date before you run out, which I suppose is a good thing, I've been taking half doses utilizing the handy break line on them
