These are a staple item in my kitchen and an easy way to "spice up" your recipes. The aroma is very peppery and crisp, the corns are consistent in size, and are very fresh. These peppercorns are a great value for the money and are a perfect strength in terms of their flavor. I highly recommend this product and will order again in the future.

This is a good substitute for black pepper. It has a good flavor and has a tendency for being a bit softer when ground in a pepper grinder.

These are freaking DELICIOUS! Fresh and high quality. They have a medium to mild flavor that’s “almost” slightly sweet. Highly recommend!

I've never used pink peppercorns nor have I tried chai, but resulting ice cream was fantastic! One guest said that it tasted like Christmas - lol, for a 4th of July dessert! I have no connection to the creator of the recipe or his blog, but if you want to try it order some of these pink peppercorns & search for: theboywhobakes no churn chai ice cream

I'm not sure if all pink peppercorns are like this but these seem to have a lot of moisture? They don't get ground up in my grinder. The ground up particles all clump and gather on the walls. Nothing actually comes out the grinder. No issues with black peppercorns. I'm going to have to figure out a way to friend them after I clean out my current grinder.
