When I saw the picture for this product, I thought I was going to get two bottles of this cream. if I had read more carefully, I would have realized that this listing is for just one 4.25 bottle. The description lists the item volume as 5 oz, another error, but not mine. Later on in the website description, they do correctly state it is a 4.25 ounce bottle, so I am assuming the first number was simply an error, not intentional deception. However, the title says this is a 6-month supply, but it is actually a 3-month supply since you only get one bottle. These inconsistencies left me with a bad first impression but fortunately the product is very good so it somewhat redeemed itself. Also I feel a bit nitpicky pointing these things out, a bit like the annoying person who corrects your spelling and grammar in a web post. What is important is that this cream has a thick texture, is easy to spread, absorbs well and has a pleasant though very light fragrance. I have not found any conclusive research showing that wild yams can help with hormonal imbalances, but one of the other ingredients, Estriol, has been shown to help. I can recommend this for its effectiveness in softening & moisturizing the skin and its potential for helping with hormonal problems. It comes well sealed and has a pump applicator that works well. I am hopeful the picture will be replaced, as it is misleading, and the incorrect item volume and information about length of the supply will be revised to 4.25 oz and 3 months, respectively.

A sealed box contained the pumper, which dispenses 5,000 mcg of Estriol in a white cream which is not noticeably scented. I have sensitive skin, and I haven't had any issues using this product. It's non-greasy and absorbed quickly. I've been using it every night on my face and neck, and I have found that my skin feels smoother and more hydrated. It's been effective for me, and I consider it a great value when compared to similar products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for menopausal skin support.

Solid cream. For first use it did take a few pumps before the cream was dispensed. It does have a very light smell. I do have eczema on my face, but did not have any type of reaction after use. This has been my new night routine. Does not dry out skin and does not leave oily impression. My face was moisturized overnight without drying. One pump is good for the face and another for the neck. Should last for time. Too soon to determine results, but face felt smooth
