For medical reasons, my husband was told to purchase a good quality vitamin E supplement. After much research, I purchased this brand. His test results are improving, so I will definitely reorder.

I bought a bunch of vitamins from them, this one is good and easy to take, but others from this brand can be rather hard to take. I'm not someone who finds difficulty taking large meds, but taking 4 or 5 of their different vitamins is too much. It makes me nauseous. This one, and the omega 3 one are pretty good though.

I went back to the Life Extension products after learning that many vitamins are synthetic and/or do not break down and are absorbed into your system. Do research before you put something into your or your child's body.
