I went after this for the cardiovascular benifits. The penchant to lower LDL cholesterol whole raising HDL cholesterol, and improving insulin resistance. Many possible benefits here that says it's worth trying out.

This is a new product for me. I am using for one specific health reason and it is too early to tell how well it is working, but it IS starting to show SOME benefical results. Will review again when specific details. Product seems to be high quality, price reasonable and was sent right away.

Watched some YouTube vids on the benefits of this particular berry and I like it. The pills are smooth and easy to take. No noticable smell or strange taste. Just a supplement pill . Hopefully it gives good the good benefits it says .

Seems good but wished it didn't have evening primrose. I hope my body gets accustomed to it because right now It causes strong sx urges. Would like to give only 4 stars but wouldn't be fair. Will give an update later if anything changes.

If you are a post menopausal women, BUY this. This product has helped with overall internal dryness. Ladies, you know what I am talking about! I also have dry eye syndrome which is also a side affect of menopause. It has helped reduce that as well. I'm not cured of the dry eye but it's more tolerable than what it was. The gel caps are easy to swallow. I take one in the morning and one at night before bed. Overall, I will continue to purchase this product.

Really good product. Saw a video on YT and decided to give it a try.

I have a long scraggly beard and every time I combed it I would lose five or six hairs.. every time. I started taking this product 6 months ago and just noticed this week that I can come my beard and none of my hair is falling out! In fact, I might comb it three or four times before I lose the first hair! I haven't done anything differently so I can only imagine that it's the Omega 7. Highly recommend this product and it could benefit just about anyone. I've also been giving it to my dogs in their food... my 15-year-old Yorkie has regained his energy and runs around the house like a puppy.
