Beautifully detailed
Got this for son. Who is a fan of the movie franchise and likes dragons in general. He was very excited to unpack this and get started. This morning he was playing with this and his Lego ninjago figures. So, he is enjoying playing with it. He really likes the details of the dragon. The scales all over the body, the patterns in the wing, the face. The firing of the fire breath is a feature he likes lot. Enjoyed shooting the Lego characters. The fire breath fires around a meter away. Not hard or painful. Perfectly kids safe. The setup was a struggle. The end bit of the tail needed to be attached. Seems simple enough, it can only go one way. Line it up, and push it in. Did just that and it wasn’t staying it. A small piece from inside snapped off and fell out. It eventually attached and has remained stuck. But I feel it was totally unnecessary to have it this way.

Great Quality and Fun!
My kids, (2 and 6) love this 'Deadly Nadder' dragon toy! It's a good, chunky size, the tail moves up and down, the legs are moveable, and so are the wings. (The tail does need attaching first, as it comes separate, but it's easy to do.) You get 3 bolts as well, which shoot from the dragon's mouth, when you press the button on its back. (see my video) They don't go overly far, but I appreciate that actually, so they don't go flying across the living room! They've been playing with it nonstop since we got it, and had no problem putting the bolts into the mouth themselves. I'm really pleased with it overall, great toy for any 'How to Train Your Dragon' fan!

fun for fans of the franchise
this dragon action figure which is a tie in to the how to train your dragon movie franchise is a very well made and high quality toy. it has a good size and is well detailed and solidly constructed. the fire breathing action like most similar features on toys like this is a little bit of a gimmick but under the guidance of the right imagination adds a fun layer to the way that kids can interact with it. it's a reasonably priced toy from a beloved franchise and is a well designed and fun item of its own accord as well. i think kids will love playing with it and i think it would make a fantastic gift for any fan of the movies or otherwise.

Great quality, fire blasting Deadly Nadder
This fire blast Deadly Nadder play set is base of the new how to train your dragon film. The dragon is very well made and designed to resemble the character from the film. The level of detail on the dragon wings, body and face is very well done. You can move the characters legs so it can be position either flying or stood up and same with the wings either up or down. The character is supplied with three flame blasters, which slot into its mouth and can be fired by pressing the button on its back. The character is around 28.5cm in length and stands around 14cm in height. Overall, it is a very well play set with a nice fun element to it, which should provide a child with hours of fun.

Fun projectile throwing dragon toy
Perfect accompaniment to the toothless toy, you can make awesome battles against them both. Well made and fun to play with moveable wings and legs, and it fires projectiles from it's mouth, you get three of them. The model itself is blue with some green on the wings with fire red on the outer tips and a white underbelly and is well moulded to show the skin and lines. Unlike the toothless toy this has no electronic sounds but it does work out cheaper due to this.

Bright clolours and good quality
Dreamworks Dragons - Fire Blast Deadly Nadder: This variation of the dragon allows for a different kind of toy play that adds some realism to it. No need to imagine the dragon flames now when you can actually have them shoot out of the dragons mouth. The mechanism to fire the flame bullets has worked smoothly every time so far. The toy has a lot of accurate detail to it. The colours are sharp and the wings are interestingly made of soft rubber contrasting the hard plastic of the rest of the toy.

This dragon is a high quality figure, with a decent size. It's about 10 inches long when fully assembled. The one problem I had was assembling it- the tail has a complex socket shape with a pin and rod construction- I could not get the tail fully into its socket, and had to cut the end off the joint to fit it in. This dragon is accurate to the depiction of Stormfly n the film, and is a decent value for the money spent. It comes with three plastic fireballs, which is about half the Deadly Nadder's shot limit in the film.
