Can these be tied into the parking lights and come on and off with them? Or so they need the remote to go on and off?

There are a blue wire on the controller box, it is a braking wire, you can connect to parking light, you you brake the bike, red LED will lighting on even though the light was turn off by the remote.

White wire just antenna. If you purchase LED Motorcycle Light with brake function,the blue wire on the controller should be connected to the brake switch on your bike.
