Snug fit and helpful to keep rain out of the plug area. Wish the cameras came with it as a standard.

Good idea but not sure it's worth it
Good idea but the rubber plug will sometimes work its way open. This defeats the purpose a bit.

A nifty little accessory and investment for your X5. You can't go wrong with this part. It's well worth it, and I have a backup just in case I ever lose this. It does the job, and makes access quick and easy to charge.

It Fits!
Just got it today so not tested at all. I do have a flymile cage on my X5 and the door can be installed with the cage in place. I'm hoping this will give me a bit more peace of mind riding in wet conditions with my BOYA mini wireless mic. We shall see. Seems a decent product at a decent price.
