It’s good for muscle cramps and pain in your joints works great

Works great. Nice size can price is right. Sprays perfectly. As soon as I feel soreness or any other muscle / Injury and I need to play on I spray this directly on it. Prob about 4 inches away and it feels like I just stick it in an ice bowl for about 5 mins.

Good Spray, packing not so good.
The Cold Spray itself is good. Unfortunately, the packaging was not adequate to keep the cans undamaged. One can was missing a cap, and two cans had broken caps. We needed them so no time to send it back.

Great instant pain relief
I professionally trained soccer. This is a must for instant pain relief for mild impacts. Do not use on scratched or broken skin. Never apply near the face or head.
