The wraps are super handy, they are adjustable. The castor oil has helped bone spurs disappear and the aches in my knees go away for a few days when I sleep with the wraps on.

Castor oil was recommended to help decrease inflammation in my joints. I really think it’s helping. I use it on my hands and knees mostly. So many wraps to choose from is great. The wraps are a good quality and soft. A good value for tge mobey definitely.

I didn’t like the synthetic wraps and shiny coating on the fabrics which would not absorb the oil as will as an old t shirt or something cotton or wool like… but maybe someone else might like it! Also kind of looser fitting than I would like per my purpose

They work well, very soft, and holds plenty of oil.
