Purchased because of all the positive reviews it had! This machine does NOT do what it says it does. It will make 2 trays of ice and somehow machine detects that it is “full”. I’ve ran it for 3 days now and it’s the same thing. I get maybe 4 trays in one hour if I am lucky. Not worth 337$! I’ve just been running to the gas station to get ice and letting it sit in there.

Not quite what it says it is and for the price its kind of a bummer. It produces ice well, not as quickly as stated but im not mad at the speed. Size leaves a bit to be desired, even if it could produce as fast as it says unless your paying attention and pulling from it it fills up pretty quickly. Its by no means a commercial ice machine but for general home use its worked out well enough. Been using the watter bottle on top and its worked fine, great feature for using it outside for parties. Dont really care to hook it up directly to the water purely out of laziness, but you have the option. Decently long drainage hose so its easy to run into a sink or drain and it doesnt bother me when its running noise wise. For what it is it works really well but its not nearly as beefy as advertised so value is lacking.

Works great, stays in the block but does pump out ice quite quickly. Is a lot smaller than I thought.

I picked up this ice maker for our basement bar and it’s been running for about a month now. It cranks out ice pretty quickly—definitely more than enough for daily use, and when we had friends over it kept up without a problem. The storage bin holds a decent amount, though if you’re hosting a really big group you’ll still want to use the ice as it makes it instead of letting it sit since the bin isn’t insulated like a freezer. The stainless steel body looks sharp and blends in nicely with other appliances, and I like that it has a self-clean function which makes upkeep easier. On the flip side, this machine is not small—it takes up a good chunk of space, so it’s better suited for a corner in the kitchen or a bar setup rather than moving it around. It does make a low humming sound when running, not super loud but noticeable if the room is quiet. Install was pretty straightforward but you do need a water line for it to work continuously. For the price, it’s a reliable unit if you go through a lot of ice and have the space for it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Leaks multiple places, ruined the box when we were unboxing so can not even return this piece of junk!!! Would recommend spending more money and getting a good one that works. Ice cubes are crappy!!!

That's what I expected ice melts too fast. You have to remove the ice every time ice gets made.
