Good chair, well built, worked for me kinda wish it came with a cushion for the arms and a headrest attachment. Really comfortable after 3 days of breaking it in.

Great Christmas gift! Chair is very comfortable and ergonomic. I like how I can adjust the back to where I want to lumbar support. The cushion it self is comfortable and I plan on bringing to my office as I sit all day for work. Great gift!

The only reason I am given this 2 stars and not 0, is because the seat cushion is extremely comfortable. In my opinion, it beats out the Haworth Fern, Steelcase Amia, and other high end chairs for the seat cushion comfort.. however, the back rest is another story, it is extremely hard. It feels like your back is just leaning against a concrete wall. It has zero give and NO CUSHIONING in the backrest. The plastic framing inside the fabric ruined this chair. It could be a great chair, but it is far from it because of two things. 1) The back rest as mentioned, is hard as a rock, and extremely uncomfortable. 2) The armrest are too loose. 4D armrests are great, but when they move around just because you barely touched it. People who move around in their chairs will HATE these armrests.
