It's a tasty bitter sweet snack and also makes for a good add in for tea :) Good smell like from the forest and I felt much more relaxed after eating the licirice root. I feel better overall from snacking on the licorice root with using it for tea. It's not too expensive. The licorice root brought down anxiety levels.

Use with another tea for kidney stone. Great product, but tate is very earthly. I recommend adding it to a car tea with honey.
