This is the Best supplement to use for menopause. I was surgically induced over 10 years ago and the struggle is REAL! This accompanied with Dr injecting hormone pellets. No more hot flashes, night sweats, more energy and lost weight that I had due to hormones!

This supplement works for me!! I use this with another supplement, Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol, and it has completely changed my life. Around 28 yrs old I started suffering from PCOS then endometriosis. I would have cysts rupture on me every other month. I have my personal reasons for not being on birth control so I felt like I had no hope for my ovaries. Until I started taking these supplements. I took these for several months with no incidents.
