No, WHOOP 5.0 and MG aren’t compatible with 4.0 bands. They're designed with a new size and upgraded hardware, so you’ll need bands made specifically for these devices for proper functionality.

How do I access my 12-month WHOOP subscription after purchase?

Everything is handled directly in the WHOOP app! Just download the app, create your account, and connect your device. From there, your WHOOP One, Peak, or Life membership automatically activates.

How do I pair my device WHOOP One device?

Unpair your 4.0 in Device Settings. Wake your WHOOP by sliding on a charger. Open the app, go to Device Settings>Advanced>Pair a Device, & follow in-app steps. Blue LED means it's ready to pair.

How can I charge my WHOOP One device?

You can use the included Basic Charger or purchase the new Wireless PowerPack seperately. Please note that the 4.0 Battery Pack will not work on your new device.
