Natural Antihistamine & always have it
We keep this at our home and vacation home. Never know when someone may have an allergic reaction to something. This summer we had a guest at our summer home that had sleeping issues. Come to find out, it was not a sleeping issue but he was reacting to a borrowed mattress when he went to sleep. The 3rd night he laid down he went into acute breathing almost like anaphylactic shock within 15 minutes. We immediately gave him the capsules, got the humidifier going and used good respiratory essential oils. We were in a very remote location and hospital too far away. Withing 20 minutes he was calm and breathing easier. Bam! nature to the rescue...luv it

This works wonders for fall allergies.
Normally I have completely debilitating allergies from the end of August till the beginning of November. Sneezing constantly, itchy eyes -- it's terrible. This year I started the nettle and quercitin in early August and I have had NO SYMPTOMS at all, hardly even a sniffle! The only side effect I've noticed is that my nose feels a little dry on waking, but nothing like the dryness I'd experience from OTC anti-histamines like Claritin. It's amazing as I've been battling fall allergies my entire life, and now I can finally enjoy the season. So happy!
