Highly recommend this Arnica tea. I recently had foot surgery and I started taking the tea last week twice a day and I add a little bit of honey. I had a post op visit this week and Doctor said my foot is healing good 😊 The flavor tastes like chamomile tea. Can’t beat this 3 combo tea box sets for the price.
