今までいくつかの、スライサーを使ってきたけど、ダントツで使い易かった! 良かった点 1.切れ味抜群 (刃がカミソリみたいではなく、刃物の片刃) 2.切る厚みの高さ調整が無段階で、出来る 3.切った食材が、きれい 4.平刃は切れが悪くなったら、自分で研磨できるので、半永久的に使える(替刃もある) 5. 造りがしっかりいている ちょっと気になったところ 人参みたいに色がある食材には、台座に赤い色がつきやすく、使った後しっかり洗い落す 後は値段かな?

とてもよく切れますが、洗うときがちょっと怖いです。 人参などの色がつくのが少し気になります。 でも、とても薄くきれいに切れるので、おすすめです。

本体、スライス刃、とてもしっかり作られており、刃が簡単に交換できるなど長期使用が想定されている製品。しかしツマ切り刃が全くだめ。競合の評価の高い製品に全く及ばない。 交換可能な構造なので別売りでも改良された刃が出てくることを望みます。

The essential tool I never knew I needed to have
This is the first mandoline I've ever used...and now I can't live without it! I think I have used it when cooking every single meal since buying it. Coleslaw, salads, pickles, dauphinouise potatoes, french fries, fruit for dessert, everything just takes seconds to make. It comes packaged with a finger guard which means you can slice away without worrying, although it's worthwhile being cautious with hard veg like potatoes and carrots as they require more pressure to push through. Doing a few slices by hand, and then applying the finger guard can help things go smoother.

As authentic a Mandolin as I could find on Amazon. It is of good size and the blade seems high quality, capable of the thinnest possible slices. I have had it over a year and it has stayed just as sharp and it has no staining, the plastic is quite dense and stable. I was so leery of plastic but couldn’t find a good quality wooden one. A quality purchase that will serve for years.

La mandoline Benriner se distingue par sa robustesse et sa capacité à trancher de manière précise. Le réglage fin grâce à une vis située en dessous de l'appareil est un atout appréciable. De plus, la présence d'un protège-doigts fourni avec l'appareil renforce la sécurité en prévenant les risques de blessures. L'inclusion de trois lames de taille variée permet de réaliser des juliennes de différentes tailles. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un produit de grande qualité que je recommande vivement.

Dal punto di vista della lama, della qualità costruttiva, della forma e della comodità di utilizzo non si discute, queste mandoline giapponesi sono le migliori. Da fare attenzione al formato perché ne esistono almeno tre dimensioni, differenti soprattutto per larghezza, quindi bisogna riflettere bene quale può far meglio al proprio caso. Comunque con questo formato che è il più piccolo ci affetto praticamente tutto; le melanzane larghe ad esempio basta dividerle in due prima di affettarle.

It's easy to use only after you read the instructions well and try it a few times. it's easy to clean but not super easy since some vegetables still get stuck at the side (where the main mandolin connects to the blades). It's very sturdy but because this is so sharp, I'm actually afraid to use it. Totally a user issue. However, I've ordered a good food processor now so I'm not sure how often I'll use this.

Dopo una solenne fregatura con una mandolina cinese "professionale" in acciaio inox, poco tagliente, complicata da utilizzare e, sopratutto da pulire, questa giapponese è il massimo: semplice, subito pronta, taglia alla perfezione senza sforzo e con precisione. In un attimo si smonta, si lava e si rimonta. Lame di pregio affilatissime e tutte sostituibili (o affilabili). Spero che la mia semplice recensione serva a chi come me cerca un attrezzo da cucina che semplifichi e velocizzi le operazione di taglio. Credo sia ottima anche per i professionisti.
