Great for van build
These fit the majority of the factory holes in a 2018 Sprinter perfectly. It seems that in many van builds, people widen the holes and use a bigger nut/bolt, but these seem to work perfectly as well. I haven't tried loading them with any large weight yet, but they seem strong and are easy enough to install with the hand tool from McMaster-Carr.

Great for 2016 sprinter factory wholes
Perfect fit to fill the majority of the factory holes on the walls and a couple of the factory wholes on the ceiling cross beams of my 2016 merc sprinter van. Seems like they are pretty solid definitely blew a few of them out (out of the 160+ that I have used) from just barely Overtightening them but if you don't tighten them enough they tend to spin out alot just when you need them most so it's a bit of a fine line but once you get it they work great.
