Bessey PC-34DR 3/4-Inch Deep Reach Pipe Clamp Fixture : desertcart.in: Home Improvement Review: These deep-reach clamps worked perfectly for my specific case where I couldn't use the typical freestanding clamps (where the crank is on the fixed (threaded) end of the pipe). These are threaded on the dead end and while the crank on the other (adjustable/sliding) end of the pipe it therefore is smaller than the typically larger crank you'd find on freestanding clamps. I did not find that smaller crank to hinder the clamping power, however, and I am very pleased with these. The quality is top-notch and I have no doubt that these will still be around and used by my progeny. Very happy. Review: I looked at one of the home stores for this and it was almost twice the price. Works great, was easy to install, and does the job.

I got these to build a clamping jig for shaping and smoothing Queen Anne/Chippendale chair legs. The extra reach is perfect for the deep curves.
