I've been taking this for about a month- so it's hard to tell which is why I left a 4 star instead of 5. I will update as I continue my journey with this herb. It should be noted if you have never tried this that it will have a bit of an unpleasant taste. The texture is similar to that of an overly dry raisin but it's not unbearable. The more you take it the more you get used to it.

I have purchased numerous supplements over the years, and in the back of my mind was always the issue of quality. After watching videos of this company and their practices, I will be using their products for a long time. I have subscribed to this item, since I have already purchased other products directly from the company. As I run out I will come here to replenish. I appreciate this natural blood tonic which is simply an enjoyable fruit.

I always buy my main supplements from DragonHerbs they have real quality stuff much better than the generic brands found on Amazon. I have been purchasing from them since 2018 and their customer service is top notch any issues is always promptly resolved. Their products really has improved my quality of live and I am stress resistant now. Small things that used to bother me don't bother me anymore and really has help stabilized my mood and generally have a very positive outlook on life thanks to their supplements. I would really recommend eternal jing if you are feeling like your running low on overall energy that has been a game changer for me.

Great product but too expensive for the small quantity received.
