激しいスポーツで脚がつるのを予防する為使用しています。かなりベタつくので就寝前にふくらはぎ周囲にスプレーし、すりこみ、レッグウォーマーを履きます。たまに痒みを感じます。 私は漢方薬が効かないので色々試していますが、これは効果があるような気がするので2本目の購入です。

母と自分でシェアしています。わたしは、肩こりの痛みがましになり、こりがほぐれて良いと思います。母は足の痛みに使っていますが、まだ二週間なので変化が実感出来ないとの事。間をとって星4つにしました。確かに筋肉はほぐれて良い感じです。

筋トレ後のリカバリー、慢性的な首の痛みやぎっくり腰の際の損傷回復を目的に購入しました。 マグネシウムは細胞内のATP生成や筋肉形成に必須の栄養素ですが、経口摂取よりも経皮摂取が効果的とのことで知り合いの先生の勧めで購入しました。正直に今まで使ったどんなローションやシップよりも私は効果がありました。首の慢性的な痛みは気が付いたら消失、筋トレ後の疲労回復やぎっくり腰の際の筋損傷の回復はかなり違いを感じています。 使い方としてはお風呂上りに、痛みがある場所やはっている筋肉に手にスプレーして塗こんで行く感じです。たれなくなるまで塗り込んで、2～3回くらい繰り返してます。かなりマグネシウムの濃度が高く、べたつきますので最初は気になるかと思いますがこの辺は慣れですね。 若干ピリッとした感じで肌に刺激があるのですが（これはレモンオイルやペッパーのせい？）私は数分で収まるのであまり気になりませんでした。 海外からの発想のようで届くのに時間がかかるので、ボトルが半分くらいになって再度注文する感じです。お勧めします。

以前購入して物はベタついて使いにくかったのですが、とてもいいテクスチャーで気に入っています。

私には、自分にあった濃度調整が必要だった。

Through pregnancy I've had horrible restless leg syndrome and my midwife recommended this. It worked wonders! it stung at first on the calves, but I researched this is due to low magnesium in the system. My prenatal only offers 125mg and I'm allowed up to 350mg. I did 2 sprays on each calf, as it spreads generously. It obviously needed if it stung! Another great benefit was I slept comfortably and for a long time (8 hours!!) - which has been unheard of this pregnancy as I've suffered terribly with insomnia. I also tried it the next morning on other sore muscles on my neck and it instantly number the achey / bruised feeling. So I am very impressed with this products results. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and wish I knew about it sooner, but pleased it's helping me keep comfortable and rested in the third trimester. I will buy it again if I run out before birth and definitely recommend to other pregnant people.

I am truly impressed! I highly recommend this product to women experiencing period cramps, perimenopause, and menopausal symptoms such as aches, soreness, and insomnia. Personally, I have found that spraying it on the soles of my feet allows me to fall asleep in under 30 minutes, without experiencing hot flashes.
