This is a great product that offers a good amount of support. I got it for a pulled core muscle, and it worked great. I was able to still work while healing, and my muscle healed fabulously. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it's a bit cumbersome and awkward to put on. It also shows under clothing unless the clothing is rather thick material or very loose. I wore mine under a kilt, so there's already so much going on that nobody noticed the corset. It was long enough to reach the bottom of my pelvic area without causing a big muffin to spill over the top. Hopefully, I'll never need to buy another of these, but I would highly recommend it to anyone who does.

The nude color is super flexible and comfy. I really like that it tightens and supports my tummy but doesn't make me feel trapped in a stiff way. I really recommend it if you are looking for something comfortable. I am 4'11 and weigh 120 the large was perfect since it's not too tight and I can tighten it as I need.

This is a great quality product. It's very soft and easy to put on and take off. I didn't research well enough and just bought this because it said it was designed for those who just had a cesarean. It was not what I wanted but I am using it anyways since I cannot buy another one. I wouldn't say it relieves pain but it definitely gives good support. I would recommend this belly band for those who just had a baby but not by csection.
