Working well for my daughter's hamstring injury - freezes quickly and stays cold for awhile. This is a great addition to our self care inventory.

It worked well. I was able to move around during treatment. It was also convenient to use the same device for heat and ice.

Everthing about this is fantastic except it loses its cooling rather quickly. I purchased a three-pack. They are soft and comfortable. i rotate them as needed to maintain the cooling

I tore the muscle in my leg and I was using bags of ice to help, but they were hard against my muscle and could be uncomfortable but then I found this. I love how there are different sizes so I could find one that was the best for me. It stays cold for quite a while and its so soft and comfortable, it really helps my muscle. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because it has sadly already stretched out some from being pulled up over my knee.

This was helpful when I pulled my hamstring. Sitting on an ice pack wasn't comfortable so I got this. The only problem is it slips easily so either had to hold in place if I was walking around or just be sitting while using it.

Only wore it a few times and already stretched out.And it’s not because my thighs are to big!

Fits well, sooo cold! comfortable enough I can fall asleep with it on when my knee is in serious arthritic pain.

Doesn’t stay cool very long and certainly never gets cold, even in the freezer.
