First time using this product, I have sensitive skin and it works well and I would recommend. Love the tweezers, which assist in removing one pad at a time. Using the face wash and collagen jelly cream in the same brand and it’s amazing! A little goes a long way. Would like to build my face products with this brand.

very disappointed as my product did not come with the tweezers that is should have to help remove the pads from the pot. This makes it unhygienic touching them with your fingers

I really like these toner pads. They’re soaked well, the texture is soft, and they feel instantly calming on my skin. Even though they have tea tree, they’re not harsh or drying at all. The CICA + exosome combo actually feels soothing, which is a big deal for my 52-year-old post-menopausal skin that can get sensitive. I like using these on nights when my skin feels a little irritated or after using devices. They take down redness, add a light layer of hydration, and prep my skin nicely for the rest of my routine. No stinging, no stickiness, no residue. The jar seals tightly, the pads are a good size, and they’re easy to use—great for quick skincare steps. If you want calming, gentle toner pads that don’t dry you out, these are really nice.

These are surprisingly amazing! They do kinda have a strong scent, but it either fades or I’ve just gotten used to it, lol! Super easy to use, they work wonders at sloughing off dead skin and soothing redness from acne or dermatitis. After I use these after I wash my face. My face might turn a little pinkish, but it quickly goes back to normal. With my hormonal acne and dermatitis, these really help calm the redness. I sometimes pick at my acne for smooth makeup application, but these take care of the dead skin and help with the redness. No sticky feeling afterwards, which I love! Perfect for sensitive skin too. I use them every other day, followed by my serums & moisturizer. Totally recommend for anyone with troubled skin! 💖

These do the trick. Generous number of pads. I find them really moist/wet and actually wring them out a little before using them. Smell is ok - somewhat medical. Seem to leave skin toned, taught, and ready for serum and moisturizer.
