TAKE IT WITH ANY HEAVY CARBS.
So far so good, this product is so far working i took 1 capsule and no inner womans irritation after eating carbs and taking this cheat day capsule, i will continue to see how this does.

I took these one time so far I noticed no difference. Not sure if I'm supposed to or not. Wish capsules were smaller.

Waste of money and time
Did absolutely nothing. Took as directed, and kept to a healthy balanced diet, It made me hungrier, bloat like crazy, and I even gained 5lbs somehow on maintenence calories

I use this just like the title says, Cheat Day! days I know I'm going to eating baddly this has really helped!

These pills are not to take everyday they are not diet pills . They break down sugar on chest days so it doesn't store and turn into fat. They help break down carbs (carbs=sugar) . Exactly what the bottle says cheat day.
