This order (Acer Chromebook) was not complete,there was no usb type c,no ac adapter and no power cord,as specified in the offer.These parts have not yet arrived.I would like these delivered or a refund,so I can use the Chromebook please

製品の性能には満足しています。しかし、並行輸入品だだということです。。メーカー保証が受けられません。並行輸入品と書かれていなかったのでわかりませんでした。Aser保証は、国ごとようです。日本Aser で購入しないと日本の保証は受けられないようです。また、日本語のマニュアルもついていません。

This is the worst computer that I have ever owned. It is Acer 514-----I have owned Acers 713 and 714 and they are far superior. I recently paid more for this 514 than I paid for either the 713 or 714 a few years ago. Acer apparently believes they can increase and increase the price of their computers and yet not increase (or maintain) the quality. I use chromebooks only to do the internet----streaming the news, movies, email, and checking my brokerage/bank accounts (make up 95% of the use)----my brokerage will NOT recognize this computer for some reason (never had this problem with my other acer chromebooks) so every time I want to check my account they force me to do a two-step verification. My VPN requires that I sign in every time I want to activate (this was automatic on my other chromebooks)----AND the speakers are absolutely terrible I can barely hear even when the volume both for the stream and on the computer are maxed----earphone jacks are even worse for some reason. I was not fully happy with the speakers on the 713 or 714---but at least I could hear the dialog. All in all, I regret purchasing this computer.
