Really great combo. No fish burps.

Wow, that title doesn't read like I meant it to. VITAMIN D, lol. What's great about this product is that it combines a lot of things you want to take together in the correct ratio. Also, this company has been shown through independent testing (Labdoor) to have good product quality - at least on other items (this particular product wasn't tested by them). Many don't realize you need to take K with your D because K regulates optimal functioning of D. There's the bonus of Omegas, but I am really taking it for the D+K. I use another supplement for omega-3s, but the more the merrier when it comes to those healthy fats. I'm taking 3 of these per day during the pandemic (the most frequently mentioned recommended dosage by the doctors who signed the letter on vitamindforall) and it's raised my serum D levels to those of a Maasai herdsman. And I'm indoors most of the day! So it's doing exactly what I need it to be doing. I probably shouldn't even be writing this review - the stuff might become short of supply if word gets out! You probably want to keep on top of your levels by testing to make sure you don't exceed healthy levels but this product will really help you to achieve levels that are thought to be protective against viral infection and subsequent serious effects. Naturally, you should do all this in consultation with a physician but this is a great supplement.

Great product without a lot of fillers.

So nice to find these three together, I much rather prefer to take less pills than more. I did not experience any fishy taste. I do think I am more clearheaded after taking this for a few weeks, and more focused, not to mention the got D is good for the immune system. I have ordered more and highly recommend this particular fish oil combo.

I like Carlson's products because they have high quality Omegas, contain less toxins, are associated with improved outcomes and do not cause "fishy belching". I particularly like this combination because the D is thought to be better absorbed in Omega fatty acid. I'll be continuing this one continuously.
