Iv been taking these for a couple of days now and I am impressed. No need for coffee. It gives a boost of energy. I love that it is vegan and the ingredients are clean. The pill is tasteless and easy to swallow. For a 60- count bottle it is definitely worth the money. The functionality of this pill actually does what it says its going to do. The quality is great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My friend told me about this supplement and I have been taking this Beta Glucan Supplement and I noticed less joint stiffness and i am more flexible. I love that the supplement is natural ingredients, and even tho the capsules are large they are easy to swallow. It does not affect my stomach and I feel really strong and energetic. There are 60 capsules which can last for a long time so it’s definitely value for money. If you are looking to improve your joint or bone health or just build your immune system then I definitely recommend this product.

I forgot why I was taking this but I did realize that my knee pain has subsided. So perhaps this is the reason why. I am 3/4 through the first bottle taking two a day on an empty stomach. They are easy to swallow but time will tell the full effectiveness and I will reassess this review. For now I’ll lean on the side that it seems to be effective giving it four stars.

UPDATE: 1YEAR LATER! STILL CANCER FREE!! this time they ARE NOT giving me a free bottle and i still want to talk about how i feel beta glucans are helpful w keeping cancer away! There are other beta glucans out there as well so I'd say you can get them other places too but just make sure its pure beta 1,3/1,6 glucans & also take amount based off body weight. 500mg/55lbs of body weight is general i believe. I personally like stuff made in U.S so i know its good & also supports our countries companies. So i have been taking beta glucans for a year & no other cancer meds(too many side effects ) and the cancer has NOT returned. When i started taking them my tumor had shrunk some & it DEFINITELY helped it not to spread, i believe. I have done alot of research on them & in other countries,like Japan ,its been used for 50yrs as a tumor shrinker & prevention of recurrence medicine!! Its a good thing to take along w chemo as it aids in the effectiveness of chemo & is GREAT to build immune system up & continues in preventing cancer to come back...its a WIN WIN!! if you ask me ☺️🙌☝️🙏 PRAISE JESUS!! I am not going to tell you not to take your meds cuz I'm not a dr. But i will say from experience & research that they have & continue to help me stay cancer free w ZERO SIDE EFFECTS unlike cancer meds.
