Experienced with these types of bands
I bought 2 of the Blue Heavy 1.75 wide SPRI bands with a listed resistance of 50lbs, however, they seem to offer much more than 50lbs, more like 75lb-100lb. These seem harder to use than the 1.75 inch wide bands I have, probably because the older ones are more loose now from overuse. I have bands that are 1.75 inches wide, 2.25 inches wide, and even 3 inches wide. I use these for a variety of exercises for the past 5 years, so I have lots of experience with these types of bands. I stick with these thick flat types rather than the tubular ones because these can take a beating and last long while giving a great workout. I attach these to bands to anchors to my basement studs. Of all the ones I've bought, only one snapped, so they can handle it. I prefer SPRI bands because I still have the ones I bought 5 years ago when I started band workouts, and they still work well and have not snapped. I am surprised, these feel heavier than the 50lbs listed resistance on the box. Much more. But they are very well made and durable. I expect these to last me many years.

Received yellowed bands...why?
Received an old one for some reason. The rubber was already yellowed. Was too much of a hassle to return it though since it was only like 6 bucks

Great for the price
Good quality band measured as size, holds a substantial amount of weight. Used for assisted pull ups and can easily help and hold 210 lbs

Not a pull-up band
The band is thick and sturdy, but not what I was looking for. I wanted a pull-up band that i could attach to my pull-up bar for assisted pull-ups. This band only came to midchest. There was no way to get my feet into it. I will keep it for other exercises, but if you want a band for pull-up assist, you will need a longer band.

Best Friend Band
I originally purchased the band to use for pull-ups but to my surprise… this band was very useful for helping me strengthen my repaired Achilles tendon. It is very thick and durable. I would not recommend the blue band for assisted pull-ups. I take it with me to work and use it daily for flexing my foot and bicep curls. It’s also very effective for stretching. My band was slightly discolored but who cares… I highly recommend this band.

It's pretty stiff
It'll take me a while to build up the strength to actually use it, if I can at all. Too inexpensive to return though.
