Life Saver
Only thing that keeps my arms and fingers from going numb at night. It a bit hard but you get used to it. Stopped my snoring since it holds my head and neck properly. Be sure to check the thickness you need. I get the medium thickness and it lasts me about two years befor I need to replace.

Helped with shoulder pain.
I got the large pillow. I have some problems with my shoulder and hoped it would help take some pressure off. It did help. The pillow is a little firm but conforms as you rest. Excellent. Might want to get the medium if you don't have big shoulders.

Great Neck Support
I had one of these Tempur-Pedic pillows around 20-years ago and liked it, but switched to down pillows for some reason, and have been through many other types of pillows over the years. I have been waking up with neck pain and headaches for a long time. While the pillows I have feel comfortable when I go to sleep, they are not supportive while I sleep! Trying to save a few bucks, I ordered some other funky off-brand ergo pillow here, and it did not work for me. I ordered the medium Tempur-Pedic neck pillow, and it has done the trick! Neck is supported. No pain, no headaches. It just takes a minute or two when getting ready to sleep to get situated. I expect I will get that figured out. I'm just happy to wake up without my neck in knots! Before purchasing, I read many, many reviews. I saw a number of people complain that this pillow is "small". When you put it next to a standard pillow, yes, it is! But really, how much pillow does your head need? This pillow has plenty of room to lay on your back and turn side to side. I also saw people complaining about not being able to fit a regular pillowcase on it. Why? It has a comfortable washable, removable case. If it doesn't fit your decor, throw it in a closet during the day. Also yes, it is firm. But that is the point. The comfy mushy pillows won't support your neck. I highly recommend this pillow vs. the knockoffs. It keeps your neck more stable and supported while you sleep.

Very firm
Hard as a rock, not as comfortable as I’d like

A harsh, firm pillow.
Although it is backed by Tempur-Pedic’s reputation for high-quality sleep products, I found this pillow to be very uncomfortable if you are a side sleeper. It wakes me up due to pain caused by the harsh firmness that so far has not eased up. I hoped it needed a break-in period, but it is just too firm for me. Granted, I don't like ultra-soft pillows, but for me, this one is just too firm. However, if I sleep on my back, it's fine. You’re paying a premium for the Tempur-Pedic name and memory foam quality, and if you don't mind a hard pillow if you're a side-sleeper, it will probably be good for you. Like most memory foam, it can feel warm during the night if you’re a hot sleeper. Bulkier than standard pillows, so it’s not easy to pack or carry around.

Great for neck pain but...
I really like this Tempur-Pedic memory foam pillow! Worth the money! The quality is excellent — the foam is dense, supportive, and holds its shape night after night without flattening out. It contours well to my head and neck instead of sinking too much or feeling too firm. Since using it, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my neck pain and overall comfort while sleeping. It keeps my neck properly aligned, which has made a big difference in how I feel when I wake up. Overall, it’s a high-quality great pillow that delivers on comfort, support, and durability but is expensive.

Comfy Pillow
This pillow is amazing. It has changed the way I sleep and I sleep so much better. I can breathe better. I was worried about spending that much money on a pillow but I’m glad I did. I also wasn’t sure if I should get the medium or large but the medium seems to be working.

Not the same foam as the original
I have been sleeping on a Tempur-pedic neck pillow (medium) since my lower back surgery in 1994. I have purchased many units since then for myself and for other members of the family. However, my last purchase prior to this one was at least 6-8 years ago. This pillow model uses foam which is much denser than all the knock-offs you see advertised for a lot less money (compare the weights of each and their sizes.....the Tempur is considerably smaller but weighs much more). Knock-offs advertise that they are slow-recovery memory foam but the ones I have seen actually recover very quickly. The Tempur neck pillow has always really been slow recovery. However, I do not believe this current production neck pillow is the identical material as the original (I called Tempur and they claim it is the same). This unit is much more resistant to compression (firmer) that all of my prior units. This unit also recovers quicker (though still much slower than knock-offs). Tempur claimed current units will soften over time from use. But that makes no sense to me since the effect of use over time is that the foam eventually ceases to fully recover in the portion where your neck usually rests. That means the unoccupied pillow is the same weight in a slightly smaller volume (denser) in that portion where it ceases to fully recover. If anything, that should make it feel firmer after much use, rather than softer. These were great pillows. They are still OK if you can stand how much firmer they are, but they are not as good as they were and are too firm now for my comfort.

I’ve used this pillow for a few months now. It took a few nights to get used to but it’s really worthwhile. I used to sleep on feather pillows and it always gave me neck or shoulder ache. This pillow is very nicely supportive. It’s quite firm so you’ll need to get used to it. There are two neck heights! As a short, petite person, I use the side with the shorter neck height with no problem. I’m a mostly back and sometimes side sleeper. Sleeping on the side is a little bit awkward because your arm can’t really go under the pillow easily. But I don’t consider it a deal breaker.

I bought this as a replacement for the same Tempur Pedic neck pillow that I've been using for over 10 years. My old Tempur Pedic neck pillow was starting to feel less comfortable for me so I bought a new one. However, I had a guest who used my old neck pillow and had no complaints about it. I love this neck pillow so much that I try to bring it with me during trips (if possible). I prefer to use my own pillow when sleeping on hotels because the neck support that I get from this pillow makes a big difference in the quality of my sleep. I strongly recommend this product. However, the medium size may be too small for some people.
