Q: What size i should get for my 10/11 pound chihuahua?

These run big. I would get a small or extra small if they have it

I can't see why not. The muzzle shouldn't interfere with the collar. We keep a martingale collar on our dog and the muzzle still works like it should.

The smallest one should be ok. You might have to make adjustments or just get a mesh one. Those are typically smaller
