I've just received it and it's easy to use.

I was looking for a replacement for my iPod. This was not it. The false hope they gave me was that it had Apple Music. It does but it will not interact with my Mac in any way, so I can't download any songs to it. It will not connect to iCloud where my backup music files are stored. To add insult to injury, it keeps trying to sell me a subscription to Apple Music which I already have. So I even tried using the SD card externally, but my Mac won't recognize it as a storage device. Android File Transfer didn't work either. THIS THING IS USELESS FOR ANYTHING BUT STREAMING OR FM RADIO!!! It's a shame because it's really nicely made. Fifty bucks pissed away.

I don’t understand why it keeps dropping the sound like it’s not connecting to the Internet when it is ?

I am changing my 2 star review to 5 stars. Seller contacted me and helped me figure this thing out. Everything is working wonderfully now. Sounds great. And it is now easy to transfer songs to the sd card. Thank you to the sellers for your help. It was an easy fix. Woo Hoo. I now have all kinds of space to fill with music.First impressions. It does work. But if you have little to no knowledge of mp3 players, this will be difficult to use. I have spent over 4 hours trying to get music onto the mini sd card and so far I haven't been able to do it. The internal storage works fine, but it doesn't give you much space. When I try to put the music on the sd card, the transfer goes ok, but then there isn't anything there. The instructions are, for the most part, well let's just say worthless. Especially when and if you are not familiar with such devices. The makers take it for granted that everyone knows everything already. Hint, we don't. Be careful with what you touch on the screen. Touch one wrong thing and you get sent all over the place with no way to get back. Maybe someone can post a video about how to use the sd card. That would be great. I would give it way more stars. I nearly have the internal memory full with just 1400 songs. So the chip is useless if I can't access it or copy anything to it? I'm sure there is a secret I don't know. Please share if you know.
