Seems to be helping with my respiratory infection. I put it into my nebulizer and added a few drops of colloidal silver to it. In minutes, I was coughing up more mucus from my lungs than I have probably coughed up in several days altogether. Be aware that there could be some side effects after using- it made my throat slightly irritated afterwards (probably due to the high salt content) and I was coughing harshly for a few minutes after using. It seemed to aggravate a little bit of wheezing as well, but this is probably a me thing that was caused by the nebulizing itself. After the first few minutes though, my lungs felt SO MUCH clearer, and it felt like my respiratory system was really cleaned out. I started singing again and my voice was crystal clear! I’m going to continue using the saline/silver mixture as a future cold treatment. A little pricey, but I do feel like it’s giving me great results. And these are the perfect traveling size and perfect size for a nebulizer. **Note: colloidal silver was originally suggested to me, but I was unsure about using it at its full dose, since not a lot of research seems to have been done on it. I bought this to use as a base and I just mix a few drops of the silver into it to be safe. It seems to be working.

I bought this saline solution for my daughter when she had a cold, and it helped her a lot. The vials are easy to open and use, and the amount is perfect for nasal cleaning. I noticed that after using it, she could breathe much better, especially before bedtime. It’s a practical, hygienic, and very useful product to keep the nose clear. I would definitely buy it again.

It has a salty flavor/scent to it and my kids don't like to use it. I kind of suck it up.
