Nostalgic feel with modern capabilities
Wow what a great handheld console!! I am a fan of Anbernic and have a few other handhelds. This one by far is my favorite! Only con is how noisy the buttons are; doesn’t bother me too much. The stock OS was cool, but I replaced it with MuOS. Very pleased with this purchase!

Great value! It helps if you have some previous experience with ROMs.
I'm familiar with emulation and ROMs, people new to them may want a different device. I enjoyed playing games on the OEM TF card but installed my own 128GB SD and flashed Knulli Linux. Very happy with both OS's and the performance of the handheld. The screen looks great and all under $100.

Great for road trips!
Our kids love these things and the battery life is surprising.

Everyone else got SNES and NES. WHY NOT ME?
Got it today and returned it today. It’s clunky, the controls aren’t great. I’m going to by something a little more expensive and enjoy it. This isn’t it. Battery life? Easier to call it battery death. Why does it take so long to charge? I feel like for this price it could have been a little better. I bet they make a killing at this price.

Doesn't have Pokemon.
It's a nice little device, but it didn't have the games I was hoping for. I'm told you can upload the games you're looking for online, but not being too familiar with the emulation scene, I ended up returning it.The games I was looking for were the old school Pokémon games, gen 1 & 2 to be precise. but if you know how to install the games you want, its a really solid hand held. The Gameboy SP was the ultimate Gameboy, in my opinion.

It’s got a bit of a learning curve
This game console is pretty neat! It comes with a whole slew of different games, you choose from different game types like PSlay Station, arcade type games, each kind of has its own menu of games. I played Bloons where you shoot as many balloons as possible, then Mars Matrix where you try to get the bad guys before they get you, and The Adam’s Family which is kind of similar to Mario. The whole unit is small enough to carry in your jacket pocket, and the charged up battery lasts a long time. I say there’s a learning curve because you don’t get very much in the way of instructions, but you can probably download the whole user’s manual from the company. Plus there’s more games you can get for it, you can hook it up to your TV and play on a big screen.I can see lots of these being taken by teachers and giving them back in June (do they still do that?) Or dads taking them from the kids. Playing it during church lol! This would be a terrific gift I think,. The games may be old school but in the car on a trip, backpacking trip, whatever. Any time a kid has a lot of time to kill, it’s small enough to stick in a backpack pocket its definitely a keeper. One last thing, it is a computer so like a computer you probably want to exit games and screens, and get to the menu and shut down.

Awesome gba style handheld
Awesome retro handheld if you grew up and owned the game boy spOnly gripe is it isn’t in flame red like the real one was but still it’s great for gba games.Clone the sd card for games to a quality one if it comes with a unbranded one otherwise it’s solid
